flame
If
anything on earth
is
less cheery than an empty grate
a
fireplace a church
without
alter or spirit
I
don't want to know about it
but
those disposable barbecues
unmoved
as fossils
still
sit petrified and calcifying
depressing
the roof
like
two abandoned mines
devoid
of flame of rain of meaning
